If the merchandise you received is defective, please email us at returns(at)shoulderstabilizer.com (**replace (at) with @) for a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. The guidelines below must be followed in order to receive any credit: 1. Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition, and in original packaging. 2. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. 3. To ensure prompt return processing, please email us to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please include a copy of the original packing list and the RA number with the merchandise. Refunds will be for merchandise value only; not shipping fees. Please allow two to three weeks for processing a return. |
